Job Description:

Our auto repair shop is rapidly expanding, and we are currently looking for a new Automotive Technician to join our service center. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 -year experience. We are hiring for a Master Service Tech. Must be able to diagnose all makes and models. Technicians must have all tools necessary to service all makes and models.

Responsibilities:

Follow all manufacturer specifications for vehicle system repairs to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and facilitate returning business
Determine and investigate any malfunction codes in the vehicle's integrated diagnostic system using skilled expertise and diagnostic tools
When needed, conduct routine maintenance such as checking fluids, rotating tires, replacing brake pads, and oil changes
Apply a checklist-based approach to ensure a comprehensive examination of all vehicle systems, including the engine, air conditioning, transmission, and brake systems

Qualifications:

Completion of a certified post-secondary training program is mandatory; an associate degree is ideal
Strong customer service and communications skills are needed
Automotive Service Excellence /ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers /SAE certification is preferred
