- Leading team activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, with quality workmanship
- Reviewing project proposals or plans to determine time frame, financial objectives, budget and staffing for each phase of projects
- Coordinate project design development, obtaining governmental approvals and administering subcontracts and purchase orders
- Responsible for preparing status reports on each project
- Develop new client relationships What You Need for this Position - Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
- 10+ years of experience leading construction or mechanical engineering projects including estimating new projects and changing orders
- Proficient in MS Office and scheduling software
