BI touches all aspects of account service delivery, and the client relationship on technology is high-profile and critical to the success of our innovation and product development efforts. The role will report to the Operations Manager to meet the unique needs of our multi-service delivery approach while matrixing to our global BI platform team for consistency and support. -Business Intelligence for Operational Performance and Portfolio Strategy

• Translate account objectives into an integrated information management and business intelligence strategy across all services lines (FM, OP, PDS)
• Perform proactive exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, insights for performance improvement and to challenge portfolio decision making.
• Support the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, data mining, analyses, dashboards, PowerPoint presentations etc. that drive meaningful, timely, and actionable insights and can be easily interpreted by users.
• Deep understanding of contract KPIs.
• Devise and promote creative data visualization.
• Respond to ad hoc requests, projects, and other activities as required to support the account.Technology & Data Management
  • Develop methods to improve data collection and metric calculation, ensuring the data is accurate and fit for purpose.
  • Provide trainings on technology tools and processes to JLL employees and client.
  • Support the Account Director(s), Director of Business Operations and Portfolio Managers for technology-related projects and initiatives (Apps, new dashboards, etc.)
  • Work in a matrix environment between the global BI account platform team and the unique multi-service deliveryLeadership
    • Support continuous improvement with innovative solutions.
    • Regular reporting and updates to ADs, BI team, clients and colleagues, ensuring full understanding of progress, direction and expected results.

      • Bachelors DegreeYears of relevant experience
        • 2-5 years relevant work experience Skills and knowledge
          • Technical background - Strong analytical skills
          • Process Management experience
          • Results driven - the ability to analyze, act, and implement
          • Strong leadership, organizational and execution skills
          • Client relationship management and presentation. Must be highly credible in front of senior executive-level client personnel
          • understanding of datasets, ETL workflows, start schema and data modelsTechnical skills
            • Power BI (DAX, MDX and Power Query/M query language)
            • Tableau
            • Microsoft PowerApps
            • Office 365
            • Experience working with a IWMS/CMMS preferred
