Orion Talent, the nation's largest military recruiting firm, is currently recruiting transitioning or former military professionals for a Maintenance Mechanic position with the world's largest independent bottler for retailers and branded beverage companies in Europe and North America.

Position Details
Location: Tempe, AZ
Compensation: $30/hr
Shifts:
--- Sunday to Wednesday AM shift 4am to 4pm
--- Sunday to Wednesday PM shift 4pm to 4am?
--- Wednesday to Saturday AM Shift 4am to 4pm
--- Wednesday to Saturday PM shift 4pm to 4am

Position Description
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for the scheduled, unscheduled, and preventative maintenance and repair of a wide variety of beverage manufacturing and packing equipment requiring strong mechanical skills base to include: hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, conveyor systems, and PLC usage. Responsibilities will include:
--- Preventive and proactive maintenance on conveyors, packers, fillers, palletizers, and steam generators.
--- Observe and test the operation of machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using voltmeters or other testing devices.

Position Requirements
--- Veteran profiles: Only technicians with the post military required experience.
--- 3+ years' experience as an electrical or mechanical maintenance technician, troubleshooting and repairing equipment in an industrial setting.
--- Experience as a technician in a bottling facility preferred.
