Commercial Project Manager to oversee construction projects for Car Wash, Oil Change centers, and Quick Serve Restaurants ranging between 5-15 Million with the scope to expand into different builds as time goes on. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented and driven Commercial Project Manager.DescriptionAs a Commercial Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects within our portfolio of Car Wash, Oil Change centers, and Quick Serve Restaurants. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously across various locations, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in commercial construction project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience managing projects within the Car Wash, Oil Change, or Quick Serve Restaurant industries is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Job Offer
