Job Description:
Monitor the implementation of food safety and quality procedures
on the floor, report deficiencies and correct them. Other duties as
assigned.Responsibilities:Monitor SOP s, SSOP s, and GMP compliance
of associates, perform HACCP procedures to comply with federal
regulationsWork with USDA and present records to them at the agency
s requestReview records to ensure accuracy and be held accountable
to their accuracyAid QA supervisor and management in gathering data
for investigationsWork closely with production associates in
monitoring meat product for specifications, and correcting
specification deficienciesAssist in other duties as needed
Requirements:Problem solving skillsAble to work in an independent
environmentExperience in a manufacturing or food processing
environment preferredReliableAttention to detailAble to Monday
through Friday, and occasional weekends when neededComfortable
working in a cold environmentAbility to stand for long periods of
timeAbility to work second shift 3pm - 1 am EOE/VETS/DISABILITY
