Insights Analyst (240230)About the RoleAs part of the Consumer Cellular Insights team, the Consumer Insights Analyst works with the Marketing and other cross-functional teams to provide consumer insights and actionable recommendations based on primary and secondary market research.ResponsibilitiesManage quantitative and qualitative market research projects, including turning business questions into research projects, communicating progress through the life of projects, translating research findings into clear, actionable, and impactful insights and business recommendations utilizing best in class storytelling and engaging communication.Manage an internal research community which includes working closely with vendor and internal clients; setting up projects, keeping up engagement with community members, evolving screening criteria, and additional administrative tasks as needed.Manage the internal Customer Experience (CX) program and are responsible for ongoing managed services of the program from strategic planning, analyses, findings, and weekly dashboards. Experience with well-known CX program partners is a plus, i.e. SMG, Medallia or Qualtrics.Assist hiring manager to develop and grow cross-organizational collaboration to ensure the organizations priorities are being addressed.Assist hiring manager in growing and maximizing research partners as well as CCI partner relationships (AARP) from a research perspective.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
