What we are hiring for: Center-Based Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA)BehaviorCare Therapy is a leading provider of
home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We specialize in
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children, infants, and
their families in Arizona. We have officially opened our first
center and are looking for passionate and dedicated BCBAs and RBTs
to help us continue to grow our inaugural center and
beyond.Position Summary:Step into a leadership role where you can
make a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and
other developmental challenges. As a Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA), youll be responsible for developing and overseeing
individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists,
and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients.You will
work closely with families and children, utilizing ABA data-driven
strategies to foster growth and development. In this role, you will
also mentor and train therapists, collaborate with clinical
supervisors, and be part of a supportive team that values your

direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned
to casesDesign ABA curriculum plans, review, and update them
regularlyDevelop and implement behavior intervention plans using
ABA principlesAnalyze ABA data and implement data-driven program
changesWrite reports summarizing data and progress for each client
supervisedConduct Family Guidance meetings and maintain open
communication with familiesCoordinate with your Clinical Director
to maintain quality across ABA casesTrain and lead a team of RBTs
daily to deliver high-quality ABA servicesComplete initial intake
and recurring assessments using standardized toolsConsistently
provide 30+ treatment hours per week for your clientsCreate
discharge and transition plans for children on your
caseloadRequirements:BCBA certification given by the BACBArizona
State LicenseExperience working with children with
