What we are hiring for: Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)BehaviorCare Therapy is a leading provider of home-based ABA therapy for children with autism. We specialize in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children, infants, and their families in Arizona. We have officially opened our first center and are looking for passionate and dedicated BCBAs and RBTs to help us continue to grow our inaugural center and beyond.Position Summary:Step into a leadership role where you can make a lasting impact on the lives of children with autism and other developmental challenges. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), youll be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, guiding a team of ABA Therapists, and ensuring the highest quality of care for your clients.You will work closely with families and children, utilizing ABA data-driven strategies to foster growth and development. In this role, you will also mentor and train therapists, collaborate with clinical supervisors, and be part of a supportive team that values your expertise as a BCBA.Join us and lead a team dedicated to changing lives and helping children reach their fullest potential.
