JOB SUMMARY: The [ Sales Development Manager role holds an important leadership position at the top of the sales funnel for the entire company. Reporting into the Head of Growth, the Sales Development Manager will lead a team of Sales Development Reps. The SDR Manager will create an exciting, go-getting and fun sales culture within a fast paced software environment. They will set team activity goals, motivate and develop team members, and work closely with the entire sales organization. We're looking for professionals with strong organizational and follow up skills who work well in a team environment. If you are motivated to Inspire, coach and develop a team of high performing Inside Sales Development Reps, we want you! RESPONSIBILITIES: * As part of the global Sales Leadership team; regularly contribute to global sales strategy and planning activities. * Lead Partnership efforts with our experienced RVPs and Account Executives to help fill their pipeline. * Conduct value-added conversations with SDRs and Team Leads to identify process improvements. * Attract, recruit, hire and onboard top tier talent. * Own, drive, and accurately forecast activity and pipeline creation efforts. * Continually assess KPIs and implement team-wide initiatives to continually innovate and improve performance. * Partner with Sales and Marketing to implement programs to supercharge [ pipeline efforts. * Work closely with the Sales Operations and Marketing Operations teams to refine and innovate the tooling and process. * Additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelors degree from 4 year university/college or equivalent work experience. * 1+ Years of sales management experience. * Top performer in SaaS, enterprise software sales. * Passionate about coaching and developing people. * Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills. * Sales methodology training. * Experience working with sales automation tools, e.g. SalesForce, Salesloft, Outreach, etc. MORE ON : The majority of consumers 90% say online reviews influence their purchasing decisions.
