Introduction Weld North Education Sales Development Representatives are industry experienced and undergo full sales and product training. They ensure that a potential customer`s initial interaction with Edgenuity is positive and well informed. Industry studies have shown that responding to customer enquiries within an hour gives a 37% better chance of meaningful interaction, the Edgenuity Triage Rep will typically call within 3 minutes of a customer filling out a form requesting contact. All office-based employees or employees meeting face-to-face with other employees are required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination. A Day in the Life as a Sales Development Representative We use the telephone as our primary means of communication maintaining daytime coverage of all applicable sales inbound telephone lines and queues. We also quickly respond to any customers that request contact via our webpages and quickly move them to their sales specialists. If we have quiet days with little incoming traffic, we will make outbound calls to defined marketing campaigns. Qualifications * Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration or related field and 3+ years business to business sales experience; or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Teaching or school administrator experience a plus. * Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Experience with selling solutions into K-12 education market is preferred but not required. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Highly organized and detail orientated with the ability to work in a high paced environment managing shifting workloads and multiple priorities * Thrive in a collaborative team environment that ensures customer success. * Self-motivated and work with minimal supervision. * Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook in a Microsoft Windows environment. Experience with NetSuite an advantage but not required. Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive salaries and benefit choices.
