Our culture encourages challenging the status quo.-- -Position Overview:We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist our clients and partners-- -by answering incoming calls to our Support Department.-- - Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients' trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software.Ultimately, you are the first face of the client's support experience. You will help to maintain our reputation for providing an excellent, white-gloved customer service experience.Job Responsibilities: Respond to incoming phone calls from customers looking for assistance with products and servicesRecord pertinent predetermined data, any anecdotal information, and customer tone into our Ticketing systemMaintain client relationships by servicing clients with a can-do attitudeDemonstrate concern for satisfying external and/or internal clientsDemonstrates ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approachContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededOther customer care related support duties as assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED requiredExperience with Microsoft productsExcellent Phone Skills with the ability to maintain a positive attitudeAbility to grasp new computer programsPDS Tech, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
