Job Description High Octane Pictures is seeking an energetic administrative sales assistant for its Scottsdale Office. The person who fills this role will help support our sales department with any administrative duties, provide customer service, and assist with business development. We are looking for a driven individual who is self-motivated and has a desire to learn and grow Responsibilities The Sales Assistant focus is to provide sales support through making outbound sales calls, performing lead generation, creating proposals, scheduling appointments and maintaining multiple sales calendars. Our Sales Assistant also provides world-class customer service by answering incoming customer calls, creating and maintaining positive rapport, and working across teams to ensure good communication. The position further supports the sales team by administering our SOPs, customer database and files, completing paperwork accurately and efficiently, and providing general administrative and office support. Requirements 2 years of customer service experience Proven success in a sales environment Impeccable organization and time management skills Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to coordinate data entry projects (will not be performing data entry, just managing) Telephone skills CRM experience required - Zoho CRM a plus Microsoft Office proficiency - Google Apps a plus Experience in sales marketing including Mailchimp a plus Moving coordination also a plus An eye for excellence.
