US Advisor Services Representative

Walton is currently looking for a full-time -US Advisor Services Representative -for our office in Scottsdale, AZ. This successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Director, Investor Relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service and support to financial advisors and investors by serving as a single point of contact, receiving and processing incoming communications (i.e., email and phone calls) and answering client inquiries in a prescribed timeframe
  • Provide updates to advisors and investors regarding their Walton holdings
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve potential client issues in an efficient and professional manner
  • Support Investor Communications by distributing investment updates and annual documentation pertaining to client investments
  • Maintain client information database, correcting any data inconsistencies
  • Provide support and assist with requests from internal departments, sales teams, custodians, and third-party administrators
  • Work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment, dealing with multiple inquiries
  • Coordinate with Third Party Administrator to process investor requests and resolve issues
  • Coordinate project exit voting process and help ensure required quorum is met
  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, real estate, business, or any related field
    • A combined total of 5 years experience in real estate AND/OR at a banking or financial institution, preferably working with/for an advisor or in advisor services
    • Must possess proven judgment, decision-making skills and the ability to analyze
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
    • Proven ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or concerns from clients, both internal and external
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks
    • Manage tight and changing priorities and deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A proactive attitude is essential to the job
    • Willingness to take on challenges and possess a positive and proactive attitude, with excellent interpersonal and coordinating skills
