Job Description: Sales Marketing Support:Support and enhance our channel network service levels delivering exceptional service, collaborating with internal and external customers. Auto Dealership Services experience a huge plus! Only 2 people in this role. Looking for the second one now! In office for about a yr. then will become hybrid role!
Channel - Process all business end-user and channel onboarding paperwork and ongoing management - Process product additions, modifications, overrides and commission program adjustments for channel / end-users as needed - Respond to daily inquiries (answer, direct or research as required). Send information or make suggestions as needed - Support all sales staff team members with our sales related training activities; ACE, F&I, etc--- - Support channel partner acquisition and installation activities such as producing pitch kits as needed - Support (training or customized reports) to channel partners related to reporting, account servicing needs, and specific channel Partner Scoreboard usage based on department guidelines - Assist channel network and internal departments with processing, tracking/usage of our 3rd Party fulfillment service, shipping of supplies/other marketing support items - Utilize CRM system, support its use as our primary customer support software to track team communication, proposals/internal action items. - Coordinate/collaborate w other departments as needed to resolve any sales team or agency issuesOther - Provide excellent customer service by interacting w internal/external customers in a professional, courteous/ ethical manner - Set-up and maintain a regularly scheduled communication call w assigned RVPs - Maintain/develop a working knowledge of all our programs, products, website applications. - Maintain a working knowledge of all e-commerce/reporting dashboards. - Conduct webinars, when needed, to support RVP development and agency training. - Develop and maintain a good understanding of our e-contracting platform to support external inquiries from RVPs, ADMs, and our channel network. - Support the RVPs/ADMs with the management of their respective regions. - Assist sales and marketing team in preparation for the annual National Sales Conference. Participate in National Sales Conference when required.
Travel about 5%
