We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center
Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for
providing exceptional customer service and support through inbound
and outbound calls. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first
point of contact for our customers, therefore, we are looking for
someone who is friendly, professional, and has excellent
communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer
inquiries and concerns
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve
issues and provide updates
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate
department
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer
interactions
- Meet and exceed performance targets such as call volume, quality,
and customer satisfaction
- Update and maintain customer information in the database
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure
customer satisfactionRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role
preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple systems
simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer and software applications
- Must have a quiet and distraction-free working environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings,
weekends, and holidaysAs a Call Center Agent, you will have the
