You'll Do: - Drive new business through prospecting, cold outreach,
networking & events - Manage a strong sales pipeline across Arizona
- Conduct site visits, deliver presentations, and close deals -
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project delivery -
Represent us at trade shows and community events

If You: - Have proven B2B sales success—ideally in construction or
steel buildings, or in complex, high-ticket solution sales with
long sales cycles involving project management and implementation
milestones (e.g., IT infrastructure, industrial equipment,
enterprise software, commercial HVAC, or capital medical devices) -
Are a hunter—motivated, energetic, and goal-driven - Are a
relationship-builder who communicates clearly and confidently - Are
tech-savvy—comfortable with CRM (HubSpot), BuilderTrend, and
Microsoft 365 - Have a valid driver's license and are ready to
travel throughout AZ - Are bilingual or multilingual—a strong asset
