EMI Health is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Sales & Business Development team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client relationships within our health, dental, and vision plans across Arizona, Texas, and Utah. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction through tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their continuous satisfaction with EMI Health services. Identify and target potential new clients, converting leads into loyal customers. Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom healthcare solutions tailored to client needs. Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to ensure service satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and coordinate with product development teams to cater to these needs effectively. Maintain accurate records of sales and prospect activities to enhance the strategic approach to the market.
