We’re seeking a motivated, experienced in-home sales professional with a background in bath remodeling. Experience with BCI Acrylic Bath Systems, Re-Bath, West Shore Home, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel, or similar acrylic bath systems is strongly preferred. About the Position As an In-Home Bath Remodeling Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized, high-quality bath solutions. This is an outside sales role that combines relationship-building, modern design technology, and consultative selling. You’ll travel locally throughout the Phoenix Valley to conduct in-home appointments. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, professional sales presentations using an iPad Attend weekly sales training to continually refine your skills Design customized bathroom solutions using user-friendly software Prepare accurate quotes and confidently close sales Qualifications Proven experience in in-home bathroom and/or remodeling sales Strong communication, organization, and people skills Reliable transportation and local to the Phoenix Valley Confident, polished presenter comfortable working in homeowners’ spaces Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven Thrives independently in a fast-paced sales environment Outgoing personality with a natural ability to build rapport Compensation & Benefits This position offers uncapped earning potential, with top performers earning six figures annually.
