Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking a Direct Care Specialist to work with foster children between the ages of 3-18 in our group homes located in Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Phoenix, and Avondale. Most of our group homes house sibling groups and a standard cohort. As a Direct Care Specialist, you will provide daily care, transportation, enrichment activities, and emotional support to the children. Schedule: Friday – 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (8.0 hrs.) Saturday – 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (16.0 hrs.) Sunday – 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (16.0 hrs.) (4 Days Off: Mon-Thur) Job Type: Full-time Requirements: REQUIREMENTS BELOW WILL BE VERIFIED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT MEET THE CRITERIA BELOW: - Must have at least 1-year verifiable experience working directly with children - Must be 21 or older - Must have a VALID AZ driver license with CLEAN 5 Year driving record - Must have a level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card or be eligible to obtain one - Must have personal vehicle and proof of auto insurance
